Two miles away is junction 35 of the M6 motorway, close to Carnforth.
Less than a ½ hour car drive from Windermere, we are also close to the Yorkshire Dales and the Fylde coast.
Local attractions include RSPB Leighton Moss bird reserve, Leighton Hall, golfing and horse riding - all within a mile.
